After a maintenance check up of my 13 year old HVAC system, Hermes Martinez provided a quick estimate of the cost of repairing parts of the system vs. replacing the the major heating and cooling components. I had deferred suggestions from previous maintenance evaluations by All Heart. I decided to replace the condenser (AC unit) and the heat exchanger (heating unit), and keep the existing ducting. Once I made my decision, Hermes informed me that installation could be done the next day! Too soon for me! The work was scheduled to be done 3 business days later. Three eager guys, Christian Linares, Julian Ariano, & Logan Lunneborg, removed the old HVAC units and installed the new units. They worked and communicated with each other so well that the entire project took only one day! A fourth guy Bryan Galdamez, arrived & was consulted and determined that my existing thermostats were not compatible the new HVAC system. All Heart replaced the old thermostats with upgraded Smart thermostats which were provided at no additional cost to me. There was one glitch that I noticed overnight, but Christian was able to troubleshoot to fix it the next day, while my ducting was cleaned by Reuben Taura. Each of the All Heart guys took care to keep the work area clean. I am so proud to say that I rely on All Heart Heating and Cooling! Although I have not met the owner, Dylan Rucker, of All Heart Heating & Cooling, I am proud of him and to say that I contracted the replacement and care of my heating and cooling system with All Heart!
